  • Extended Hours:
    Visits before 9am or after 5pm, including weekends, are subject to an extended hours fee.

    Holidays:
    A holiday surcharge applies on the following dates:

    New Year’s: December 30, 31, and January 1
    Easter:
    Easter Sunday weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
    Memorial Day:
    Memorial Day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
    4th of July:
    July 3 and July 4
    Labor Day:
    Labor Day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
    Thanksgiving:
    Wednesday before, Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday after
    Christmas:
    December 23, 24, 25, and 26

    DAILY SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY

    This applies to dog walking, cat visits, puppy visits, and plant care.

    A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the visit.
    A $20 cancellation fee
    applies if the cancellation is made between 24 and 4 hours before the visit.
    No refund
    is provided for cancellations made less than 4 hours before the visit.

    PET SITTING BOOKING POLICY

    A $100 late booking fee applies to overnight pet sitting booked less than 7 days before the start date.

    PET SITTING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

    (Overnight stays only)

    Deposit:
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
    The remaining balance is due by the date listed on your invoice.

    Cancellations:
    Full refund of the deposit
    for cancellations made 45 or more days before the start date.

    The deposit becomes non-refundable for cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before the start date.

    No refunds are issued for cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the start date, or once services have begun.

For all walking/visiting services, owners will automatically receive an email when our walker/visitor arrives as well as when our walker/visitor leaves. The automatic arrival email is triggered once our walker/visitor scans the barcode upon arrival. The automatic departure email is triggered once our walker/visitor scans the barcode at the end of service. The departure email will include the following information:

  • The duration of the walk/visit.

  • A map showing the walk route.

  • Whether or not your dog went to the bathroom.

  • Picture(s) of your dog/cat during the walk/visit.

  • Monitor your walks GPS tracking and email updates for your daily walks.

  • Any comments (when necessary) from the walk/visit.

Dog Sitting

Walker will walk dog 4 times a day

  • Morning (20 minute minimum)

  • Midday (20 minute minimum)

  • Evening (20 minute minimum)

  • Quick potty before bedtime (15 minute minimum)

  • Additional instructions should be provided by owner with respect to feeding and medication.


Cat sitting

Sitter will visit your cat a minimum of 3 times per day

  • Morning (30 minute minimum)

  • Midday (30 minute minimum)

  • Evening (30 minute minimum)

  • Additional instructions should be provided by owner with respect to feeding and medication.
