I'll start with Sammie's genuine love for Liz her dog walker. When she sees her, Sammie is overwhelmed with joy. Liz is hands down one of her favorite living beings, and for very good reason. She is in the most caring and capable hands while with her!

On the training side, Liz's expert guidance has led to significant improvements in Sammie's walking and behavioral issues. She is far more than our dog walker. Liz possesses a wealth of knowledge on animals, and takes the time to help you develop and reinforce training practices. I trust her as a resource when I am stumped on any puppy related question - and as a first time dog owner, I am often stumped! As you can see, she goes far beyond her expected "job scope."  I can't imagine our lives without Liz. Thank you for all that you have done for Samantha and I. Sammie is one very lucky puppy, and I am an incredibly lucky "dog mom" to have found someone I can trust whole-heartedly with my pup!”

"Tails Up has been nothing but great the entire time we've worked together. They go above and beyond to walk our energetic pup, Bilbo. They have been walking him ever since he was just two months old. Not only do they walk him Tuesday-Friday, they also have come after hours to play with him if we have after-work events.

Tails Up is incredibly accommodating, quick to respond and professional. For example, recently our door buzzer system has been broken. Instead of our walker going home, she took it upon herself to come to my office to grab my key fob to walk Bilbo. Tails Up is a great place to go for dog walking and cat-sitting services and I highly recommend the company and Liz.”

"Liz has been walking her for about 1  year and I have never had a care or worry about the excellent, loving care she gives Stella. It is easy to see how much love Liz puts into her work. I never think of her as just a dog walker, she is caretaker, guardian and protector for Stella as well as trainer and playmate. There is no price one can put on trustworthiness, reliability and competence, however I find Liz's charges to be more than fair for the great service she offers!”

They use positive reinforcement and the training techniques that Roxanne was trained with as a puppy. I receive daily updates either via their app Petcheck. Roxanne has had some social issues after being bit at a dog park and Liz (the owner) attended a special training session with us to make sure Roxanne's training was consistent and to help Roxanne overcome her issues. They are the best and always there in a pinch if I have a late meeting! I highly recommend Tails Up Pet Club for happy, well-exercised pups!”
