How does the sign-up process work?

Fill out a contact form on our website. A representative from Tails Up Chicago will reach out to you within 24 hours of when your request is submitted. What is a “Meet and Greet”?

A “meet and greet” is a visit with the owner of Tails Up Chicago -- Liz Rodriguez. Liz will meet both you and your pet and answer any questions you might have. Liz will take down important information about your pet (vet information, medication information, feeding schedule, etc..). Liz will provide you with information about our walkers and which of our walkers will be walking your dog. If desired, you can schedule an in-person meeting with our walker before walking begins. Liz will also provide you with a barcode as our walkers will scan this at the beginning/end of each visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund will be provided if a cancellation takes place before 24 hours of visit. A $10 fee will be charged if a cancellation takes place between 24 and 3 hours of a visit. No refund will be provided if a cancellation takes place less than 3 hours of a visit.
